Tonights dinner was the first grilling session of the season

Today was gorgeous and sunny, temperature reaching the low 60s.

I decided it was time to fire up the grill.

I prepped a great piece of beef with salt, pepper, and some other seasonings.  I also sliced up a potato in some 1/4″ rounds and seasoned them up with oil, salt, pepper, parmesan cheese, and a custom blend of spices.

It was amazing and i am so excited for so much more grilling to come!!!!!
